The Story
Marking the bicentennial of Beethoven’s death, the Israeli Chamber Project celebrates his enduring legacy with the youthful wit and virtuosity of his Trio in B-flat Major, Op. 11. The program then travels across cultures and generations, from Paul Ben-Haim’s evocative Variations on a Hebrew Melody—rooted in the emerging sound of the Israeli Mediterranean—to Olivier Messiaen’s transcendent Quartet for the End of Time, a profound meditation on faith, freedom, and eternity.
